The Challenge

GTT is one of the world's largest providers of cloud services. In 2018, the company acquired Interoute, owners of one of the most advanced voice and data networks in Europe.

In 2016, together with Interoute, we implemented a very successful employer branding campaign. Satisfied with the results, the GTT team contacted us with the same task - to implement a campaign for attraction of new employees in the fast-growing Bulgarian office of the company.

The Result

We structured the campaign into two phases. Our first goal was to promote GTT. We focused on large, impressive messages, which were linked to the core values of the brand - BIGGER. BETTER. SMARTER. BROADER. FASTER.

We relied entirely on typographic visions to quickly and easily attract attention. We positioned them in the subway, on billboards and implemented a digital campaign.
Our goal in the second phase of the campaign was to promote the company as an employer. Leading were again the messages that promoted the main benefits of working at GTT and they played a key role in the visions as well.
We also developed a landing page with a modern and intuitive design.
It was the unifying force of the two phases of the campaign.
We also built the user experience in a way that optimally facilitates the application process.
