The Challenge

Comfort and homeliness. That is what the small residential complex Terra Estetica is all about. Built in the heart of Boyana district, the complex reveals an incredible panoramic view over Sofia. 

Constructive Bulgaria and GD Invest Group commissioned us to create a brand identity and a series of communication materials to embody the qualities and advantages of the luxury residential complex.

The Result

Inspired by the unique architecture of the buildings and the exclusive location of the new residential complex, we created the identity of Terra Estetica under the title "One step away from nature". The name Terra Estetica means "Beautiful Land" -  just like the one located at the foothills of Vitosha Mountain, on which the complex will rise. We developed a series of advertising materials, referring to the orthogonal shapes of the building and balancing with a "natural" color scheme.

We also created proposals for branding of stops and city lights.
We built the design and organized the printing of the complex’s presentation in the form of a brochure.
We also developed an advertising strategy for presenting the complex, including outdoor advertising in its media mix.
